Super delicious and friendly staff
Ambience and kitchen top, service absolute flop. We wanted to end the culinary scavenger hunt (09/26/2020) at Hartmann's. Since we were already very full from the tour itself, we only chose the tasting dish of the action, but at the beginning we were still very willing to let the evening fade away. However, this request was quickly passed when the service staff (J., as we heard later), rather stressed, annoyed and unfriendly towards us and other guests. First of all, she was not informed about the courts involved in the action (we see the blame on the boss or the team leader if people are not properly briefed at the beginning of the shift or have not learned to inquire themselves at the beginning!). She almost ran away while taking the order. An example: a person at the table ordered another drink, the waitress nods, runs straight away, although others have an empty glass in front of them and other people raise their hands, want to order something, but the shouted "Excuse me? I would like to ... "is no longer heard at all. When the next table was served, no one looked around to see if other tables wanted service. The resignation when trying to order, at least created a certain feeling of solidarity between the surrounding tables. Since ordering was very cumbersome, we gave up drinks after the third round (the remaining drinks were then ordered from the counter who brought the one beer) and paid. Here, too, it was very difficult to reach the waitress and in the end we spoke to someone at the counter, whereupon we were also instructed / prodded: "You have to do that with my colleague!" "We know, but she is constantly on the run." "But you didn't say anything, I was just with you, nothing came from you!" Ehm no?! If this lady had been with us, we would have approached you to send us the colleague. Not to mention the fact that it was just not true and a lie. You certainly don't feel welcome there. Just a shame! The inn is really well furnished and at least our small dishes suggest a very wonderful kitchen. Unfortunately, the good work of the rest of the team is of no use if the guest's last link in the chain fails! P.S .: As a risk patient - apart from the fact that you should avoid restaurants anyway - absolutely not to be recommended, as Corona requirements were completely ignored. Insufficient space between the tables, but the service team always has their noses hanging out of their masks or anyway only has them hanging on their chin when they arrive at the table.
The beer selection is great to anticipate that. However, the Käs'spatzen and the goulash have nothing to do with the original German or Bavarian cuisine. The goulash was very chewy and the cheese spaetzle had a 0-815 taste of paprika spice and gouda. When it comes to Käs'spatzen, I at least expect cheese, such as Emmentaler, Appenzeller, or Gruyère, etc. and also some roasted onions (not prepackaged).
A cozy restaurant with a nice beer garden. We found the service to be very friendly and quick during our visit, albeit a little too jovial. The food was very good and freshly prepared with slight weaknesses in terms of seasoning. The very solid cheese spaetzle simply tasted too much like nutmeg, the coleslaw tasted too much pepper and the sauce for the onion roast would not have done any harm, even a little less juniper and clove. But I admit that the whining is at a high level because we felt good and the food tasted good anyway. Overall, the restaurant is recommendable and will see us again if we should be in Bochum again.
Super nice beer garden great atmosphere delicious food and good service can only recommend it
Very tasty and nice service. Nice beer garden to sit outside
Always good food
Convincing hygiene concept, friendly service, deliciously eaten and drunk
We recommend!
The beer garden is very nice. Delicious dishes and good beer.
For the first time here we were pleasantly surprised. Very good and attentive service, fair prices, delicious food. Seat cushion in the beer garden with heating in three stages. Sensational!
We just happened to be in the very attractive beer garden and ate very well. German cuisine very refined and perfectly presented in terms of taste. We also really liked the friendly, courteous service. We will be happy to come back.
Delicious meal Nice service Always against
Reception unfriendly, but service very attentive. Wiener Schnitzel quite passable. Potato salad was overlaid and dry. A warm salad, the rest of which had been placed in the refrigerator. Maximum canteen level
After the owner has changed, LEIDER is not so great anymore. Service was ok when we visited, but nothing more. But above all, the knuckle is not nearly as good as it used to be. All in all a rather mixed visit. We will not go there anymore.
Absolutely awesome. Delicious food and great service :) And 12 beers on tap. What more could you want?
With the menu available on the Internet and the prices indicated, a sophisticated atmosphere is expected in the restaurant that has just been reopened with new "tenants / PERSONAL". It is not so! It's the same as before, only more expensive and less choice.
Eaten unexpectedly well. The service was very friendly and courteous to serve everything on time and quickly, thumbs up. In less than 60 minutes we were completely happy and full. Gladly again! Kind regards
Great bowling alley, nice service, really great food. Good middle-class, but still modern and comfortable. Grandiose beer selection
Really fast, delicious and friendly! Watch out!
Superb!!!
